Bajaj Finance is a free-to-use platform for end-users seeking loans. We do not charge any upfront fees, consultation fees, or processing fees for submitting a loan application on our website.

2. Refund Policy

Since we do not collect any payments from users, there is no scope for refunds. If you have been asked to pay money to someone claiming to represent Bajaj Finance, please treat it as a fraudulent activity and report it to the authorities immediately. We are not liable for any payments made to third parties or scammers.

3. Lender Processing Fees

If your loan is approved, the respective Bank or NBFC may charge a processing fee. This fee is strictly between you and the lender and is usually deducted directly from the disbursed loan amount. Any refunds regarding the lender's processing fee are governed solely by the lender's policies.

4. Cancellation of Application

You can choose to withdraw your loan application at any time before the final agreement is signed with the lending partner. To cancel your application in our system, please contact our support team at support@bajajfast.online.
